NOTE: Its always cheaper to book the Briar Rose direct than to use an agent.
- Discounts on published prices are available to returning guests and during promotions.
- Special Offers shown in Pink
- Our minimum booking period is 2 nights.
- Our monthly (28 day) rates are discounted up to 20% off the weekly rate.
- Book with peace of mind. Full refunds on cancellations of 7 days or more notice. Less than 48 hours notice the maximum charge will be £100.
- Guests wishing to cancel their booking giving less than 48 hours notice will be asked to transfer their booking to another date or forfeit £100.
- In the event that we are forced to cancel your booking then we will give you a full refund without further obligation.

Payments
We accept payment by cheque or bank transfer. Credit card payment bookings can only be accepted via one of our agents such as Trip Advisor . Be advised that booking via and agent will incur extra costs and that the terms and conditions set by the agent will apply.
For our overseas visitors we are able to accept bank transfer payments in; USD $, Euros €, Norwegian Kroner NOK, and of course sterling £. We will apply the exchange rate as shown on XE.com at the time of booking, ensuring you of a very fair and competitive deal. Call: +44 7867 785 779 from abroad
Availability and Booking
The Briar Rose availability is shown on the calendar at the foot of each page of this site. Complete the form by the calendar to make a booking. Please use the Details box to advise, number of adults, children, requirements etc. Within 24 hours you should receive a reply advising on payment. A £50 deposit will be requested to secure the booking. As soon as the deposit is received the booking will be confirmed.

AGENTS
The Briar Rose can be booked via a number of agent websites. These will generally be a bit more expensive than booking direct due to the extra fees imposed. The agents we use are;

We also advertise using a web agent and local tourist agencies, all of which provide a direct link back to the Briar Rose website for booking. Customers are not charged any extra from these agents.
